We had a dead animal under the house and the smell was horrible. I called to see if they could help. They came and removed the dead opossum and gave me a little spoon of stuff to eliminate the smell in my house. Came home from work several hours later and the smell was 95% gone. I will definitely be calling them anytime we have any pest control needs. Thank you so much!

Derek has been a phenomenal person to have do work at my home. We originally had a mouse infestation problem in our garage area and contacted him to attempt to help eliminate the issue. After about 3 days of Derek coming to our home, the mouse problem ceased to exist. He also did a great job of spraying the ant beds in our yard and around the area where my child plays. I would and have recommended him to several other people who would rate his business high upon this list. Not just for the business side, customer service goes above and beyond. He even helped me out with the “honey-do” list by removing the cobwebs on the underside of the front porch roof (thanks for helping keep the wife satisfied as well). Derek, the owner of Safer Solutions, came to my home today to do a free termite inspection at my home for a price quote. During the inspection, he came across a dead mouse in a trap and removed it from my garage & he also also removed some leftover garbage from the air-duct work that was left behind by another contractor last year. I would say that Derek definitely went the extra mile since I had not paid him a penny yet! That is what I call top-notch professionalism, because he goes the the extra mile. The other "pest control guy" that quoted me just 2 hours prior to Derek, nonchalantly moved the trapped mouse out of his way a bit and ignored it. Derek actually cared about this and proceeded to remove it for me. I did not ask him to, he offered to! He did not have to at all.. I had not paid him a penny to do anything yet! Listen, stuff like that matters to customers, but even more to potential customers like me. So, to say that I came away very impressed with Safer Solutions Plus Pest & Termite would be a profound understatement. Thanks Derek!
