Derek Rosson
Owner
Derek Rosson is the City Councilman for Place 5 in Rainsville, Alabama. He was first elected in 2016 and re-elected in 2020. Rosson is a Rainsville native and a graduate of Plainview High School. After high school, he enlisted in the U.S. Marine Corps, serving as a Field Radio Operator with the 5th Air Naval Gunfire Liaison Company (5th ANGLICO) and completing two combat tours in Iraq. He was honorably discharged in 2010 with the rank of Sergeant. Rosson is the owner of Safe Solutions Plus Pest & Termite LLC and Rosson Pools, LLC. His free time is spent serving the community, coaching baseball, or with his 3 sons: Dylan, Cooper, and Jude.
Jordan Bozarth
General Manager
Jordan Bozarth is a licensed Certified Operator with the Alabama Department of Agriculture and Industries, specializing in Household Pest Control and Wood Destroying Organisms. Born and raised in Marshall County, Jordan has spent the past five years proudly serving customers in DeKalb County as a valued member of the Safe Solutions Plus team. Jordan comes from a large, close-knit family as one of eleven children — nine of whom were adopted — an experience that shaped his strong values around service, community, and family.
Outside of work, Jordan and his wife, Emily, stay busy raising their two children — Gentry, age three, and their newest addition, Charlie Elynn, born in December 2024. When he’s not with family or at work, Jordan enjoys playing the piano and guitar, and he has recently taken on a new role serving in the security ministry at Sand Mountain Cowboy Church, where he and his family are active members.
Emily Bozarth
Office manager
Emily Grace Bozarth serves as the Office Manager at Safe Solutions Plus Pest & Termite, bringing a well-rounded background in personal finance, marketing, and communications to the team. Though she’s been officially part of the Safe Solutions family for over a year, her connection to the company runs much deeper, having been involved behind the scenes alongside her husband, Jordan, for several years. In addition to her role at Safe Solutions, Emily also puts her financial expertise to work at Rosson Pools, handling accounting. She is currently serving her second term on the Board of Directors for the Rainsville Chamber of Commerce, where she’s proud to help support local businesses and community growth. Originally from Texas, Emily’s diverse background stems from moving frequently during her childhood due to her father’s career with Dell. Her parents and two sisters still reside in Austin, though Emily now calls Alabama home. She and Jordan are the proud parents of Gentry and Charlie Elynn.
Tina Whiteside
Assistant office manager
Tina Whiteside joined the Safe Solutions Plus team in August 2024 as their receptionist and worked her way up to Assistant Office Manager, bringing her strong background in banking and customer service. Her attention to detail and commitment to customer care make her an invaluable part of the office team.
Tina has been married to her husband, Wayne, since 2010, and together they share their home with three beloved cats — Little Mama, Rollie, and Bobbie. When she's not at work, Tina enjoys heading to Gulf Shores, where she loves soaking up the sun and relaxing by the water.
Tasha Dove
Receptionist
Tasha Dove is the friendly face that greets customers at Safe Solutions Plus, serving as the company’s receptionist. With a strong background in customer service and a passion for helping people, Tasha plays a key role in making sure every customer interaction starts off on the right foot. Tasha is deeply rooted in DeKalb County, where she is proud to raise her two children, Wilder and Finn. Her welcoming personality and local connections make her a valuable part of both the Safe Solutions team and the community.
